A MyFundedFutures trading journal depends on which platform you log in through
Last reviewed November 5, 2026
This is for MyFundedFutures traders deciding whether a journal can read their account, and the answer depends on the platform. Tradovate-connected accounts get UpSkalr's broker import. dxFeed platforms (Volumetrica, Quantower, ATAS and DeepChart) get a date and P/L CSV only. That's a big difference, so find your row below before you read anything else.
Find your platform first
| If you trade on | Data feed | In UpSkalr |
|---|---|---|
| Tradovate | Tradovate | Broker import from the Fills report |
| TradingView | Tradovate credentials, per MFFU | Broker import from the Fills report |
| NinjaTrader | Depends on your connection | NT8's exports aren't read. On a Tradovate connection, export Fills from Tradovate |
| Volumetrica, Quantower, ATAS, DeepChart | dxFeed | Date and P/L CSV only. No fills, prices, fees or Execution section |
Those platforms come from MFFU's platform overview and its data feed article. The overview also lists Hyperprop, and we don't know how it connects. It doesn't list Rithmic, so our Rithmic route probably isn't yours. None of MFFU's pages cover exporting history, and we haven't confirmed that an MFFU Tradovate login shows the reports screen the way a retail one does. If you don't see Fills, ask MFFU's support.
Exporting, by route
Tradovate-connected accounts
- Log into the Tradovate web app with your MFFU credentials and open
Reports. - Set the report type to
Fills, pick whole trading days that start and end flat, clickGOand let it finish loading. - Download the CSV. Make sure every MFFU account you trade ends up in a file.
- In UpSkalr, open Settings, Data Management, Add Historical Data, then
Import from Tradovate, TopstepX or Rithmic. Link each account to a sub-account and read the review screen.
UpSkalr takes Tradovate's commission column off gross and subtracts nothing else. We haven't confirmed that column is all-in, so check one day's net against your MFFU dashboard. The Tradovate page explains why Fills and not Performance.
dxFeed platforms
- Get your results into a spreadsheet with a Date column and a P/L column. One row per date reads as daily totals, and several rows per date read as trades.
- In UpSkalr, use
Import from CSVunder Settings, Data Management, Add Historical Data. - Add notes and grades by hand. This route gives you P/L, not execution detail.
MFFU's rules as read on November 5, 2026
Evaluation figures from MFFU's plan pages.
| Plan | Size | Target | Drawdown | Consistency | Min days |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rapid | 25K / 50K / 100K / 150K | $1,500 / $3,000 / $6,000 / $9,000 | $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500 | 50%, evaluation only | 2 |
| Rapid EOD | 25K / 50K | $1,500 / $3,000 | $1,000 / $2,000, end of day | 30%, evaluation only | 4 |
| Builder | 25K / 50K | $1,500 / $3,000 | $1,000 / $2,000 ($1,500 with add-on), end of day | None | 1 |
| Pro | 50K / 100K / 150K | $3,000 / $6,000 / $9,000 | $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500, end of day | 50%, evaluation only | 2 |
- Open equity counts. The end-of-day floor locks at starting balance + $100, and an open position can fail the evaluation even if the day would have closed fine (August 24, 2026).
- Rapid funded trails intraday, locks at $100, and the balance must then stay at or above $100 (August 24, 2026). Its payouts are daily, with a $500 minimum, a buffer of $1,100 / $2,100 / $3,100 / $4,600 and a 90/10 split.
- Builder 50K funded pays every 48 hours under a 50% best-day rule per cycle, with a $2,100 buffer, at 80/20. It also bars overnight positions (Builder 50K guide).
- Builder's daily loss limit is a soft pause: $600 on 25K, $1,000 on 50K.
What we left out, because MFFU's own pages conflict
- Rapid evaluation contract limits: a selector and a rules table on the same page differ, and the help article gives a third reading.
- Rapid evaluation drawdown type: the page uses both end-of-day and intraday language.
- Rapid EOD funded: 50K contracts read 3/30 and 4/40, and the floor both stops at $0 and locks at +$100.
- Builder sizes above 50K: the overview lists 25K and 50K, while its table shows four.
- Rapid's news rule: "Yes" in one table, "Not allowed" in another.
Where UpSkalr's estimate runs high at MFFU
Two of those rules matter for reading UpSkalr's drawdown view. UpSkalr stops the floor at the starting balance, while MFFU's lock sits $100 above it, so after the lock UpSkalr shows $100 more room than you have. And it reads end-of-day balances after an import, so it can't see the open-equity loss that fails an account mid-session. Use your dashboard as the truth, or work it by hand in the drawdown calculator.
Copying across MFFU accounts on a small plan
MFFU allows copy trading between your own accounts on all account types (August 24, 2026). Tradesyncer is its preferred tool, Tradovate's group copier works, and copying other people isn't allowed. Its sim-funded limits, when we last read them, top out at five accounts, and fewer if you hold a 100K or 150K. Confirm that with MFFU.
That keeps stacks small, so Basic's 5 sub-accounts covers them and you don't need Premium's 20. On Tradovate-connected accounts, entries on the same contract, direction and trade date within 10 seconds become one trade split across sub-accounts, with a zero for any that sat out, and Weekly and Monthly win rate count it once. A copier lagging several seconds across back-to-back trades can pair a leg with the wrong trade: day totals stay right, the split can be off. See plans.
What UpSkalr does and doesn't do for MFFU
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Live connection? | No. File upload only, on both routes. New sessions need another export or manual entry. |
| Which contracts? | On broker import, ES, MES, NQ, MNQ, YM, MYM, RTY and M2K. Other products are left out. |
| Can I edit an imported trade? | Notes, grades, setup and stop distance, yes. Total P/L, split, direction, instrument, times and date are read-only. To fix one, delete that day's trades and import again. |
| Will it overwrite my work? | No. A day with any manual entry is never overwritten, and re-importing can't double count a fill. |
| Consistency, buffer, minimum days? | Not calculated, tracked or counted. |
| Target and contract limits? | Shown as text from a preset, not tracked. A preset sets only the drawdown amount and whether it's fixed. |
What the record feeds: a contract ladder from your own risk rule, Avyras reading your logged trades, and a psychology course with a free first level. The futures journal comparison covers tools with other trade-offs, and the hub lists every route.
Common mistakes
- Signing up for fill-level stats while trading on Volumetrica or Quantower. You'll get P/L only.
- Reading end-of-day room as safety when MFFU counts open equity.
- Quoting a Rapid contract limit from memory. MFFU's own pages differ, so check your dashboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I import MyFundedFutures trades from Volumetrica, Quantower, ATAS or DeepChart?
Not as fills. Those platforms run on dxFeed and UpSkalr has no broker import for them, so you get the plain CSV route: a date and a P/L column, with no fills, prices or fees. Only Tradovate-connected MFFU accounts get the broker import.
Does UpSkalr track MFFU's consistency rule or payout buffer?
No. It doesn't calculate the consistency percentages, track the buffer or count minimum days. Your MFFU dashboard is the record for those.
Will UpSkalr warn me before an open trade fails my evaluation?
No. UpSkalr reads end-of-day balances after you import a file. MFFU counts open equity, so an open position can fail an evaluation even if the day would have closed fine. Nothing here watches your account live.
Check your route, then try it
On Tradovate, import a week of Fills and read what comes back. On dxFeed, try the P/L route and decide whether the ladder and coaching are worth it without fills. The trial is 7 days with no card.
