About UpSkalr
Most traders already know their rules. The expensive part is following them under pressure. UpSkalr is a trading journal built around that gap. It records your trades, your psychology and whether you kept your rules, then shows what your mistakes actually cost you and when your balance and risk rule allow the next contract size.
Who runs it

UpSkalr is built and run by Jon Lasley, a futures trader who writes about trading psychology and the systems that help traders execute their plans under pressure. He's blown enough funded accounts to recognize the patterns, and built UpSkalr to catch them in his own trading before they catch yours. Follow UpSkalr on X at @UpSkalr.
What UpSkalr does
UpSkalr tracks trades across multiple accounts, including prop firm evaluations and funded sub-accounts. You can import fills from Tradovate, TopstepX and Rithmic or enter trades by hand. Avyras, the built-in AI coach, reads your own history and points out the patterns in it. Compound growth projections show the path from micros to larger contracts based on your actual balance.
The blog covers trading psychology and journal comparisons. The trading psychology course runs from the knowing-doing gap to the professional mindset, and its first level is free with no account needed. The glossary defines the terms, and the changelog lists what has shipped.
What it isn't
UpSkalr is a journaling and education tool. Nothing here is investment, financial or trading advice, and it doesn't place trades or signal entries. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
